Alpha Amylase is obtained from submerged fermentation by Bacillus subtilis. It can hydrolyze starch to soluble dextrin and oligosaccharide, reduce the solution viscosity rapidly.

APPLICATIONS
Starch sugar industry, alcohol and brewing industry, bacteriophage industry etc.
The optimal temperature: 90℃-95℃, the optimal pH: 5.5-7.0.
Effective temperature:70-105℃, The effective PH: 5.0-8.0
Dosage :  0.5%
